Our stock materials make the minimum order quantity flexible. The MOQ can be 500 pieces for a trial order and 3,000 pieces for a bulk order.

Yes. We produce customized designs and provide customized packaging for different brands. Please share your artwork, product specifications and target quantity for evaluation.

We can produce a sample in the requested color or design. The product sample is free, and the buyer is responsible for the sample shipping cost.

Bulk production takes approximately 30 days after the deposit is received and the product, artwork and packaging details are approved.

Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit and a 70% balance before shipment or against a copy of the bill of lading.

When placed fully on a flat floor, the mat has a load-bearing capacity of up to 300 kg. For online orders, protective foam boxes or air-column bags are available. For offline retail orders, individual inner-box packaging is available.

Before packing, our workers wipe every corner of each mat to reduce loose diatomaceous earth. Because the product is made from natural diatomaceous earth, a small amount of surface dust may develop through abrasion during use.

Tranjoy maintains a clean water-circulation system during raw slab production. This controlled process helps prevent unpleasant odors in the finished stone mats.
